Nutty Lemon Dressing

A hint of lemon, a hint of almond — the perfect light, zesty dressing to elevate your favorite greens.

Ingredients:

  • SunnyGem Almond Oil
  • fresh lemon juice
  • Dijon mustard
  • honey (or maple syrup for vegan option)
  • garlic, finely grated or minced
  • lemon zest for extra brightness

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl or jar, whisk together lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, and garlic.
  2. Slowly drizzle in SunnyGem Almond Oil while whisking until the dressing emulsifie
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Stir in lemon zest if using.
  5. Store in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 1 week. Shake well before each use.

Serving Ideas:
