
Nutty Lemon Dressing
A hint of lemon, a hint of almond — the perfect light, zesty dressing to elevate your favorite greens.
Ingredients:
- SunnyGem Almond Oil
- fresh lemon juice
- Dijon mustard
- honey (or maple syrup for vegan option)
- garlic, finely grated or minced
- lemon zest for extra brightness
Instructions:
- In a small bowl or jar, whisk together lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, and garlic.
- Slowly drizzle in SunnyGem Almond Oil while whisking until the dressing emulsifie
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir in lemon zest if using.
- Store in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 1 week. Shake well before each use.
