Almond Herb Marinade

Lemon juice 2 lemons

3Tbsp Almond slices

2 Tbsp SunnyGem Almond Oil

1 Tsp salt

½ Tsp pepper

2 lbs shrimp or chicken (skinless, boneless, thin)


Mix all the ingredients together, pour into zip lock bag, add shrimp/chicken and let marinate overnight in refrigerator.

Grill, sautee or bake as desired.

Almond Oil Vinaigrette

1tbsp Organic Wine Vinegar

1tbsp Lemon juice

1tbsp Dijon mustard

1tbsp Fresh tarragon

6tbsp SunnyGem Almond Oil

Salt and pepper to taste


Mix vinegar, lemon juice, dijon mustard and fresh tarragon as well as salt and pepper to taste.

Slowly stir in Almond Oil.

Serve over fresh mixed greens or baby spinach.
